Arriving at Hebron Gardens House

Something happens when you arrive. The weight of travel, the endless planning—somewhere between the garden gate and settling into your room, you set it down.
This place has that effect. It's quiet in the way old trees are quiet, solid in the way things built with care are solid.

The house grew slowly over the years. Room by room, piece by piece. Some things we built ourselves. Others we found and brought home. It started as a family house and became something we wanted to share, six bedrooms total, plus a three-bedroom villa in the gardens. All tucked into green hills where the air stays cool and mornings belong to birds.

Where you'll stay

Garden Suites

Six individually designed suites in the main house — each one with its own character, its own personality, its own reason to be the one you want.

No two are the same. That was the intention. Funky in spirit, considered in every detail. The furniture was built here, not bought. The spaces evolved over time rather than arriving from a catalogue.

King-size beds. Ensuite bathrooms. Air conditioning for warm afternoons, though most evenings, the hill air does that work for you. Every suite looks out onto the gardens — green, layered, and always changing with the light.

Dolce Garden Villa

The Garden Villa sits on its own within the grounds — separate from the main house, tucked into the gardens with its own entrance and its own pace. Three bedrooms, each designed with the same intention as the suites: funky, considered, nothing matching that wasn't meant to. A living room for gathering at the end of the day. A kitchenette for morning coffee before the house wakes up, or late-night tea when everyone else has gone to bed.

Private, but not isolated. The pool, the garden café, the gardens — all of it is still yours. You just have your own door to close whenever you want.

It works beautifully for families who need space to spread out, for groups of friends who want their own bedrooms but somewhere to land together, or for anyone who simply wants the feeling of a home rather than a hotel room. Three bedrooms mean three different people can sleep well, wake at their own hour, and meet in the living room when they're ready.

The villa is booked as a whole.

Creative by Nature

This isn't a place that came from a blueprint. It evolved. The furniture, the spaces, the way each room feels different, there's thought behind every corner. Pieces we made, pieces we collected, all chosen with intention.

The Garden Café

Up by the pool, there's a café space with a view that stretches across the gardens to the mountains beyond. This is where people end up. Morning coffee. Afternoon reading. Evening conversations.

Creative Studio

Bring your projects. Bring your sketchbooks. The studio is here for guests who want to make something, or just sit in a space designed for making.

The Gardens

Old trees. New plantings. Layers of green we've been building for years. Corners for reading. Paths for walking. A pool for floating.
